Workshops
How long do the workshops last?
Most workshops last about 2 hours. Children’s birthday parties last 2.5 hours to allow enough time for creativity, games, and cake.
Do I need crochet experience?
Not at all! Everyone is welcome, you’ll learn the basics step by step in a relaxed atmosphere.
In which language are the workshops held?
Workshops are usually in Dutch, but they can also be guided in English.
What’s included in the price?
All materials you need during the workshop, always personal guidance, and an illustrated card and gift bag to take your creation home like a present.
How can I book or cancel?
Booking is easy via the website.
- Up to 7 days in advance: free cancellation
- Between 7 and 2 days in advance: 50% of the fee will be charged
- From 2 days in advance: the booking is final
Children
From what age can children join?
The Mini Heart Club and birthday parties are suitable from age 8. At this moment, workshops are not designed for younger children.
Are parents responsible during kids’ workshops?
Yes, during birthday parties and kids’ sessions, parents remain responsible for their own children.
Happy Hearts & products
Can I buy Happy Hearts separately?
Yes! Hearts are available for purchase in the studio during workshops or at special events.
Can I exchange or return products?
Returns are not possible, but unopened packages can be exchanged.
Are all Happy Hearts handmade?
Yes, every heart is handmade and unique. Small differences are part of the charm.
Practical
Where is the studio located?
The studio is in Haarlem, within walking distance of the city center. The exact address is on the contact page.
Is the studio wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it’s located on the ground floor and easy to access.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made online via the website or in the studio by QR code only. Cash and card payments are not possible.

Yes, gift cards are available in the studio or online.
Can I book a private workshop or group event?
Absolutely! Get in touch for tailor-made options, kids’ parties, or creative team events.

- Participation in workshops is always at your own risk.

- For children’s parties, parents remain responsible for their own children.
- Cancellation: free up to 7 days before. Between 7 and 2 days: 50% fee. From 2 days: no refund.
- Purchased products (Happy Hearts and other items) cannot be returned, only exchanged if unopened.
- All Happy Hearts are handmade and unique; small variations are part of the charm.

Workshops
Hoe lang duren de workshops?
De meeste workshops duren ongeveer 2 uur. Kinderfeestjes (Birthday Party) duren 2,5 uur zodat er genoeg tijd is voor spel, creativiteit en taartmomenten.
Moet ik ervaring hebben met haken?
Nee hoor! Iedereen is welkom. Je leert de basis stap voor stap, in een ontspannen sfeer.
In welke taal worden de workshops gegeven?
De workshops zijn standaard in het Nederlands, maar kunnen ook in het Engels worden begeleid.
Wat zit er bij de prijs inbegrepen?
Alle materialen die je tijdens de workshop nodig hebt, altijd persoonlijke begeleiding én een illustratief kaartje en zakje zodat je je creatie als cadeautje mee naar huis kunt nemen.
Hoe kan ik boeken of annuleren?
Boeken kan eenvoudig via de website.
- Tot 7 dagen van tevoren: kosteloos annuleren
- Tussen 7 en 2 dagen van tevoren: 50% van het bedrag wordt in rekening gebracht
- Vanaf 2 dagen van tevoren: de reservering is definitief
Kinderen
Vanaf welke leeftijd kunnen kinderen meedoen?
De Mini Heart Club en kinderfeestjes zijn geschikt vanaf 8 jaar. Voor jongere kinderen zijn de workshops (nog) niet passend.
Zijn ouders erbij aanwezig/verantwoordelijk?
Tijdens kinderfeestjes en kidsworkshops blijven ouders verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen kinderen.
Happy Hearts & producten
Kan ik losse Happy Hearts kopen?
Ja! Losse hartjes zijn te koop in de studio tijdens de workshops of bij speciale events.
Kan ik ruilen of retourneren?
Retourneren is niet mogelijk, maar ruilen kan zolang de verpakking nog gesloten is.
Worden alle Happy Hearts handgemaakt?
Ja, elk hartje is uniek en met de hand gemaakt. Kleine verschillen horen erbij en maken jouw hartje juist bijzonder.

Waar is de studio?
De studio bevindt zich in Haarlem, op loopafstand van het centrum. Het exacte adres vind je op de contactpagina.
Is de locatie rolstoeltoegankelijk?
De studio bevindt zich op de begane grond en is goed toegankelijk.
Hoe kan ik betalen?
Betalen kan via de website bij het boeken of in de studio via QR-code. Contant en pinbetalingen zijn niet mogelijk.

Kan ik een cadeaubon krijgen?
Ja, cadeaubonnen zijn verkrijgbaar in de studio of via de website.
Kan ik een privé-workshop of groepsuitje boeken?
Zeker! Neem contact op voor maatwerk, kinderfeestjes of creatieve teamuitjes.
